What Do I Do If I Lose My Ticket?

When Will My Credit Card Be Debited?

For airline bookings, the debit takes place at time of airline ticket issuance.  For car hire, at the time of making car rentals reservations, and for accommodation, at the time of check out. The hotel/Car rental provider may charge your credit card in case of a No Show. If you are using our special negotiated rates for flights, hotels, car rentals through prepayment, then you will be debited at the time of confirmation of services.

   
 

When Will I Receive My Travel Documents?

The paper tickets will be received by you within 2-3 business days of having made the relevant travel payments. If you have requested an E-ticket or if conditions of the airfare you have purchased requires an E ticket only, an E-ticket confirmation will be emailed to you. Our channel partner for delivery is FedEx/Blue Dart. Tickets are couriered to over 1500 Domestic locations FREE of charge to customer, while for International deliveries Cost is charged to the customer on actual basis.

   
 

How Do I Receive My Airline E-Tickets?

E-ticketing is part of the new way of managing your travel.  You no longer need a ticket for travel in USA on most of the airlines with E-Ticket.  You will receive an email confirmation from 123-International-air-travel.com after you book. Your tickets will be held electronically in the airlines reservations system. Airlines like United Airlines offer E-ticketing on all their routes.
When you travel on an E-ticket you only need to collect your boarding pass to fly.  If you are traveling with baggage, you proceed directly to the check-in counter, present a current photo ID (preferably your driver's license) and you are ready to fly.

   
 

Do I Receive Car And Accommodation Vouchers?

For automated bookings you do not receive any documentation. At the car depot or upon check-in at the hotel, all you need to do is produce your credit card.
For assisted bookings you will prepay and as such be provided with documentation.
